Your monthly rent is agreed in advance and paid according to the terms of your agreement. Rather than repeatedly finding new occupants yourself, you have an agreement with one professional company.

Rent contractually agreed with the business and payable subject to the terms of the signed agreement. Changes between individual occupants during the contracted term do not create traditional tenant-to-tenant void periods for the landlord. Rent remains governed by the agreement.
